Who we are. This website and the products sold on it are run by Dariana Dimitrova, trading as Nulli Rei Servire / Darry Anna (“we”, “us”), Limassol, Cyprus. Email: info@nullireiservire.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Your name and email address, when you download a free resource, join our email list or buy a product.
Purchase details (what you bought, when, the amount). Your card details are processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages you send us by email or through Instagram (including automated Instagram messages handled by ManyChat).
Website usage data collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions taken (for example, a purchase), if you agree to these cookies.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To deliver what you bought and give you access to it (performance of a contract).
To send you emails you signed up for, such as practices, activations and updates (your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time with one click).
To answer your questions and support you (our legitimate interest in helping our customers).
To measure and improve our website and advertising, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads (your consent).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run this business:

Systeme.io: website, checkout, course access and email (EU-based).
Stripe: payment processing.
Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Instagram.
ManyChat: Instagram message automation.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In that case the transfer is protected by safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Email list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Purchase and invoice records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Messages: only as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@nullireiservire.com and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

Age. Our products are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes. We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.

These terms apply to all products sold on nullireiservire.com by Dariana Dimitrova, trading as Nulli Rei Servire / Darry Anna, Limassol, Cyprus (info@nullireiservire.com). By buying a product, you agree to them.

Our products. We sell digital educational products, such as guides (PDF), videos, audio activations and online courses. Each product’s sales page describes exactly what it includes.

Your access. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal growth. Access is lifetime unless the sales page says otherwise.

Intellectual property. All content (texts, videos, audio, images and designs) belongs to Dariana Dimitrova. You may not copy, share, resell, record or publish it, in full or in part, without written permission.

Age. You must be 18 or older to buy our products.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU and Cypriot law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not take away any protection you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

💳 Payment Terms

Prices are shown on each sales page and at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is taken immediately and securely through Stripe.

Access is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or email info@nullireiservire.com.

↩️ Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to feel good about your purchase. If a product isn’t right for you, email info@nullireiservire.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and you’ll get a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval (your bank may take a few extra days).
After a refund, access to the product is closed.
This guarantee applies to all our products.

Your right of withdrawal (EU). Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to give you access straight away, and you acknowledge that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access begins. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies and gives you more time than the law requires.
